Attachment and the Treatment of Trauma
An Internal Family Systems Model
This conference will provide an introduction to the Internal Family Systems (IFS) Model and its use with attachment and trauma. IFS offers solutions to the challenges facing therapists regarding resistance, affect regulation, transference, and countertransference. An overview of IFS, clinical applications, as well as a live demonstration by Dr. Schwartz will be presented.
This Conference will be held at the Maryknoll Center in Ossining, NY on Sat., April 12th, 2008, from 8:30am-1:00pm
